SHIPPING & RETURNS
HOLIDAY ORDERS AND HOURS
To allow our team to enjoy the holiday time, SMV office will be closed from Monday 12/25/23 through Monday 1/1/24.
Please do not send any returns between Friday 12/22/23 and 1/2/24. The office will be closed and our team will not be responsible for any lost packages.
Returns will not be processed for store credit until the week of 1/2/24.
Our warehouse and shipping team will be following UPS holiday hours, see details.
If you would like to receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend the following:
UPS Ground (domestic): Place order by 12/15
UPS 3 Day Select (domestic): Place order by 12/19 (before 12 pm)
UPS Next Day Air (domestic): Place order by 12/21 (before 12 pm)

RETURNS
All items are available for store credit only. No refunds are permitted.
In order to start the store credit process the customers can contact the SMV customer care team via email at help@samimiro.com. Please state the order number, reason for return and a request for store credit. All store credit is valid for up to one (1) year from the date issued to the customer. The customer is then responsible to ship the product back to the address provided.
Items must be returned in original conditions, neatly packed and with all tags still attached. The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers etc.) and must have a copy of the packing list inside.
Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to Sami Miro Vintage avoiding any discrepancy. Item(s) that will not match SMV's return policy will not be taken into consideration and can be sent back to the customer at his or her own cost.
The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. Sami Miro Vintage will accept the return and once approved, with issue a store credit within 14 business days from the receipt of the return.
Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping requirements and fees.
SHIPPING
All garments are produced and finished by family-operated small factories in Los Angeles. All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days however our shipping window is up to 5-7 business days.
Accurate delivery time depends on payment authorization, stock availability and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only.
Note: International returns are at the expense of the customer. We are not able to offer exchanges for international customers at this time.
LOST PACKAGES
All customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is a safe, secure address. We are unable to cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor do we have the authority to collaborate with the shipping company to locate your packages, especially if the tracking information confirms that delivery of package. Sami Miro Vintage (SMV) can only check the tracking information, the same one that is provided to all customers when they receive their confirmed fulfillment email. If the tracking information confirms that it has been delivered, SMV will assume that it has been delivered and that other external variables were at play.
