Our garments, crafted by family-operated small factories in Los Angeles, typically ship within 3-5 business days, with a shipping window of up to 5-7 business days. Delivery times depend on payment authorization, stock availability, and destination, provided as a guideline only.
International orders are subject to customs, taxes, and additional charges, for which the recipient is solely responsible. Failure to pay these fees may result in package abandonment, with no responsibility for replacement or re-shipment on our part.
We know you’re eager to receive your new pieces as quickly as possible! Please note that while we offer Next Day and Overnight delivery options, this refers to the shipping time once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Processing times still apply, so your order may not arrive the day after you place it.

SALE ITEMS
All sale items are FINAL SALE. Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations or alterations. (This does not apply to items that arrive damaged or faulty.)
RETURNS
At Sami Miro Vintage, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer store credit for all items, excluding our Warehouse & Archieve sale, which are final sale. Please note that no refunds are permitted at this time.
Initiating a Return: Customers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return by contacting our customer care team at help@samimiro.com. Please include your order number, reason for return, and request for store credit.
Store Credit Details: All store credit is valid for up to one (1) year from the date it's issued to the customer. Once store credit is requested, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the provided address.
Return Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition, neatly packed, and with all tags still attached. Please return items in their original packaging, including any additional materials received (such as dust bags, covers, etc.), and include a copy of the packing list inside.
Follow the instructions provided by our customer care team to ensure a smooth return process. Items that do not meet SMV's return policy will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unharmed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all original security seals still attached.
Sami Miro Vintage will inspect the return upon receipt and issue store credit within 14 business days if approved.
Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping requirements and fees associated with returning items.

EXCHANGE
We offer even exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed due to fluctuations in stock levels.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We're unable to accommodate price matching for orders placed prior to newly launched campaigns or sales. Should we make an exception for your case, please note that we are only able to process a refund as store credit. This is not a guaranteed processes.
LOST PACKAGES
All customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is a safe, secure address. We are unable to cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor do we have the authority to collaborate with the shipping company to locate your packages, especially if the tracking information confirms that delivery of package. Sami Miro Vintage (SMV) can only check the tracking information, the same one that is provided to all customers when they receive their confirmed fulfillment email. If the tracking information confirms that it has been delivered, SMV will assume that it has been delivered and that other external variables were at play.
